Be Kind to Your Mind

Eating healthy and being active are great ways to be kind to your body. Likewise, reading is an amazing way to exercise the brain. Reading helps our Hawks reduce stress, improve sleep, memory and focus, increases empathy, improves writing and more! Spring Book Fair invites students to Be Kind to Your Mind by finding a book to exercise those curious minds!
