ROOM PARENTS
PTA will reimburse $3.50 per child per classroom for the 2023/2024 school year
To submit check requests and receipts online, please use this form: CLICK HERE FOR FORM
To submit hard copies of the check request forms and receipts, please follow the instructions below:
1. To submit a check request, use the check request form and attach receipts: CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE CHECK REQUEST FORM
2. Place the check request form with the attached receipts in the PTA Treasurer mailbox (located in the teacher mailboxes in the staff lounge).
3. Check requests will be picked up every every Friday.
4. Forms will be approved and reimbursement will be provided monthly, after each month’s PTA Board meeting (2nd Monday of the month).
5. Approved checks will be placed in the PTA Mailbox (in staff lounge) enclosed in an envelope labeled with payee's name.
TEACHERS
PTA will reimburse $192.50 per classroom for the 2023/2024 school year.
